• AI-powered conversations using OpenAI's GPT models

• Vector-based document embeddings and retrieval

3. User Accounts and Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• One person or entity may maintain only one account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

• Upload and process documents for legitimate knowledge management
• Engage in AI conversations for research, learning, and productivity
• Create projects to organize your content and conversations
• Use semantic search to find relevant information in your knowledge base

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Generate spam or unsolicited communications
• Upload content containing personal information of others without consent
• Circumvent usage limits or technical restrictions
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you upload to Kontext
• By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, store, and analyze it to provide the Service
• You represent that you have the right to upload and process all content you submit
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws

5.2 AI-Generated Content

• AI responses are generated based on your uploaded content and OpenAI's models
• AI-generated content may not be accurate and should be verified independently
• You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content
• We do not claim ownership of AI responses generated for your account

5.3 Our Intellectual Property

• The Kontext platform, software, and documentation are our property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property
• All trademarks and service marks are property of their respective owners

6. Usage Limits and Restrictions

• File Upload: Maximum 50MB per file
• API Requests: Subject to rate limiting to ensure fair usage
• Storage: Account storage limits may apply
• Processing: Document processing times may vary based on complexity
• AI Usage: AI model usage subject to OpenAI's usage policies

7. Privacy and Data Handling

• Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy
